About Us
MyTownPulse is a philanthropy project started by Shannon & Jennifer Redden. We live in Lawrenceburg, KY and see the need for a local information source for just our town. We created www.mytownpulse.com to inform and inspire. Our goal is to get local businesses more involved in serving our community.
Our Mission
We believe that small towns have big hearts and have decided to make our actions speak louder than words
by loving and serving our town. God has blessed us immensely and we want to spread the good news of God's love to
our community.
God's Word is clear about using the gifts and strengths we've been given to serve Him and others. I lived in NYC for a short time and found myself riding the subways often to get to my sales calls throughout Manhattan. One day a homeless guy entered the train I was on and gave a pitch that really struck me. "What is the best city in the world? GENEROSITY .... What is the greatest nation in the world? DONATION!" His words still resonate with me and encourage me to help others around me!
